- EEvelynVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoDelicious food in a nice atmosphere! Loved the GF menu options since one in our party needed that. Also that clean oils are used as we try to avoid seed oils. We like the updates (not sure how recently done) and plan to come back more often.More infoLocal Union 271Price: Moderate• Contemporary American• Palo Alto•4.3

The food never disappoints, the service is good, and the cocktails and mocktails are great. I always feel good at the end of the meal because I know I’m putting nourishing food into my body. Even the more indulgent options don’t leave me feeling gross. I highly recommend going here. My favorite date night spot with my husband.More infoWildseed Palo AltoPrice: Moderate• Vegetarian / Vegan• Palo Alto•4.7

- MMatthewVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •9 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWith a name like The Village Pub you might envision a loud, local, low-dining experience but that couldn’t be further from the truth. With a great menu, helpful staff, and beautiful but intimate dining room, The Village Pub is a high-end dining experience without the bougie baggage of haute establishments. The cocktails are fun and balanced and the menu has some real knockouts: The plating and flavor on the Sunchoke Veloutê was very appealing. The Seared Hokkaido Scallops might have been the best scallop dish I’ve ever had. My wife loved the Crab Risotto. What made the experience special is connecting with staff, talking about dishes and recommendations, and having the kitchen send out some samples of things to try. Thanks Village Pub for a great night out!More infoThe Village PubPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Woodside•4.8
