Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. We had a great Christmas meal. Three of us enjoyed an appetizer, the 1905 tableside salad, and entrees. Two had fish - both were delicious. The only disappointment was the special Christmas dinner pork meal, which was dry and barely lukewarm as if it had been sitting waiting for the others. The service was stellar - friendly, informative, knowledgeable, timely, but allowed us to enjoy the experience over a period of time without feeling rushed even though the place was jam packed.

We decided to celebrate our anniversary at the Rusty Pelican and it was a fantastic experience, food was delicious and service was extraordinary. I have 0 bad comments, we pick from the menu the Lobster and shrimp risotto and it was amazing. The price was totally fine for such a very good service and food .
