The many people who took part in serving us were all great hosts: the food was clearly described as it arrived and questions were answered with an interested attitude. It was clear, the servers lived this restaurant and their jobs. We have brought friends here befire and will do again. The Victor has a relaxed elegance. Table service was attentive, knowledgeable without feeling over serviced. Set menu for circus soleil show had good choices and so scrumptious.
