- BBethChicago / Illinois •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur food was delicious and presented beautifully. Our server was very pleasant but removal of dirty dishes was slow. It is a very busy restaurant so somewhat noisy. It doesn’t deter us from returning regularly. We always enjoy our dining experience here.More infoCooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Gurnee, ILPrice: Moderate• American• Gurnee•4.7
- DDavidvipChicago / Illinois •8 reviews4.0Dined 5 days agoWonderful low key setting for two coupes to dine. Incredible value. Friday night reserve flights- we each had the Jax Cab, blend and then reserve cab, heavy pours, $23.50. The ladies had another flight, while the guys had three Manhattans/OldFashioned’s each. Then two more full glasses for the wives of cab. Along with an appetizer and we each had Chilean Sea Bass. All under $400. Super chill guitarist playing solo acoustic covers of known tunes. Not obtrusive.More infoNirvana Wine & GrilleriePrice: Expensive• Wine Bar• Vernon Hills•4.8
- VVickivipChicago / Illinois •30 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoWe had not been here in while, because service was poor. Glad to report that service has improved, considerably. The food has been fantastic, and this visit was fantastic as well. I love the seasonal menu, and really appreciate how the food is much more innovative than other local restaurants. There was a loud group/party in bar, they were only reason to pull down ambiance and noise level. The restaurant is very open to bar, creating extra noise. We will be back again for happy hour.More infoOaken Bistro + BarPrice: Moderate• American• Lake Forest•4.3
- DDanielvipChicago / Illinois •19 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 12, 2024The big pretzel was amazing, pizza was good, drinks were flowing. Music was .. loud .. and present .. but overall we had a really good night out with the kids. Wasn't particularly cheap, so maybe not soon, but would definitely do again!More infoMickey Finns BreweryPrice: Moderate• Brewery• Libertyville•4.7
- CCalvinChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined on Aug 30, 2024We went specifically for the Friday fish fry. It was freshly made, not re- heated, and tasty. Plus the fries were outstanding, also freshly made. Our table overlooked the practice putting green and the 28th fairway. Being a golfer this was a fun background to watch. Gerber, our waiter, was excellent. Attentive without being intrusive. There were mostly golfers after their round having drinks rather than diners, but we will go back again as the menu looked good for other items other than the fish fry.More infoCharlie's Hideaway at White Deer Run Golf ClubPrice: Moderate• American• Vernon Hills•4.4
