Chaplin's Executive Chef and Partner, Myo Htun, is originally from Burma, but was cooking ramen in Japan at a young age. Myo received a blessing from his mentor in Japan after nearly 30 years of cooking in Japan, to come to America and continue to showcase his authentic Ramen and traditional Japanese cuisine. Everything about this restaurant was delicious and thoughtfully made. Even though Chef Edward Lee was not there in person, the Chef that was cooking did an amazing job because the food was very flavorful. This restaurant has exceeded my expectations and I am glad I did not give up on making the reservations.

My 1st intro was the hostess. I was running a bit late. I called to make sure it wouldn't be a problem. Hostess was most gracious. Upon arrival hostess offered me a table & asked if it was ok. I requested another table. The cleaned the table immediately & Sat me. Our waiter's name was Gee, however there was another server that assisted, Leonel pronounced Lay-o-nel. Both young men were very accommodating, friendly, & knowledgeable about the menu. They were absolutely WONDERFUL!! I was extremely impressed with the food & drink. I'll definitely be going back!!!

I was dining with friends and our kids. The staff was amazing, especially given they had to contend with our energetic kids running around. The food was excellent and the ambiance just what we were looking for.
