Our dining room is surrounded by objects, art, and the original pitched church ceiling and stained glass windows. Our menu is influenced by regional food from France, Italy and SpainAugust is open for dinner from 5pm on Wednesday - Saturday, and from 12pm for Sunday Lunch.     Delicious Chinese food, outstanding friendly fast service. Eggplant with pork mince hot pot, crispy skin chicken, wok fried scallops & king prawns & fried rice all cooked to perfection. Banana fritters & ice cream tasty. Good selection of Wine by the glass. Airy outdoor seating. Very enjoyable lunch pre theatre.

    Went out Valentines day. They were SO BUSY, yet the food arrived within a decent time, and the service was attentive. We don't eat out at semi-expensive places often, and this was a reminder that the food is SO MUCH BETTER. Wife tried something she never had before and was gushing over it. Ambience was great, lots of greenery, subtle Italian music in the background, and even though it was packed, we could talk in normal voices. Highly recommended. The whole meal (plus rose, as I am a softy) came in at $250 which included a couple of drinks each. Absolutely worth every cent, which comes from someone who isn't exactly flush with cash.

    This was our third visit to Sasso & thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Was quite busy for a Monday night but we were served in a timely manner & nothing was too much trouble. We have the Arancini balls - lovely & CRISP!! Followed by Rigatoni Amatriciana & Spaghetti Allo Scoglio followed by Tiramisu to share. Wines also lovely. We went for the Italian prossecco followed by a lovely Chianti. Will be back 🫶
