- JJenniferIndiana •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoMy daughter and I went to Canal Bistro before going to Newfields for the Christmas light experience. We were looking for a place we could both eat that wasn’t far away. Canal bistro was perfect. Food was delicious, and the service was great. I’d love to go back with a group of friends or during the summer to sit outside.More infoCanal Bistro - Mediterranean GrillePrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• Broad Ripple / Meridian - Kessler•4.8

I was warmly greeted immediately by the host, who took our jackets and then seated us in the beautiful dining area. The tables are nestled closely together, but I never felt crowded or intrusive. Our server Madie, was the definition of hospitality. She knew the fine details, and paired my entree and wine seamlessly! My son asked me if we were VIP because of their team work and how many people were involved with our meal! Our glasses were never in empty. Our wine was delivered by Susan, who even replaced my son’s dirty napkin and took the time to explain the tasting notes of my wine, while also entertaining the children! She was so sweet!! We ended dinner with the most amazing caramelized banana split, while the manager, Peyton stopped by to thank us for dining and invited us to explore the Gallery space. He was professional, genuine and friendly. This spot is a MUST for family dining, date night, fancy dinner, and all your instagram photos 😉. Thank you RH for making my family night special.More infoThe Dining Room at RH IndianapolisPrice: Expensive• American• South Indy•4.6

Went there last night for a birthday dinner on a busy Thursday night 1 week before Christmas. The restaurant was packed with people many tables were occupied by 6 or more guests. Only had a short wait on our reservation, and the hostess seated us in a quiet corner table for 2, which was just perfect. Our favorite waiter was off this night, but a newer waiter, who had been trained by him took good care of us. Starters were great as we were really hungry and came out quickly. The calamari was tender and flavorful and enough for 2 people if you wanted to share (I didn't). Dinner rolls right out of the oven helped our hunger until the main courses arrived. I love their pasta because if is made fresh by them. I had the traditional linguine with clams in a light white sauce that was just thrown right size to complete the whole bowl. My wife had chicken lasagne, which was also delicious and enough to take home ½ of the portion. Desserts of bread pudding and cheese cake topped off the evening. We never felt rushed even though it was a busy evening and tables were turning over frequently. Be sure to use OpenTable to make your reservation and you will not be disappointed.More infoCapri Italian Restaurant - IndianapolisPrice: Expensive• Italian• Castleton / Keystone Crossings•4.8

- DDavidVIPIndiana •17 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoOur server took wonderful care of us. We felt so lucky that when we found our planned restaurant was closed for a holiday party, we were able to make 5:30 reservations for our party of 7 and believe that being at Cooper's Hawk with the fabulous food was WAY better than our original choice. Thank you so much for acomodating us!More infoCooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Indianapolis, INPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown Indy•4.5
