Best Casual Restaurants in Copper

I am so happy we gave Blue River Bistro a try. I had heard the cocktails were winners, but, wow, the food we had was the best of the trip!! The bison short ribs took first, followed closely by the salmon. My son’s Beef Wellington was done to perfection! The harvest salad was also delicious. Looking forward to a return trip when we return to Breck in the future!

Our experience at this restaurant was great! We ordered the Meze platter appetizer and the variety and tastes were delicious! For our entrees we ordered the Moroccan chicken and Vegetable tagine and both were wonderful. Highly recommend and we would definitely return when we come back into town.

Everything was excellent - from the fried green tomato appetizer, to the salmon and burgers. And, the lemon meringue pie was to die for. The service was great as well.

We have lived in Colorado for 20 years and I have never had as good a meal and service as we did at The Carlin. Braised Short ribs were amazing! Shrimp scampi delicious! I'll be going back as this is my new go-to for great dinner and Golden Hour!

This restaurant is known for its craft cocktails. It’s more of an adult venue. Limited menu. The hummus (homemade and generous amount) plate and wild game chili were delicious. The restaurant has a vibe like you would find in La Jolla, Dallas or Austin. The wait staff was over-the-top excellent.
