CELEBRATING 54 YEARSThe Old Stove Pub is a Hamptons Classic Steakhouse. Originally opened in 1967 as a Pub, then in 1969 The Old Stove Pub transformed into a Greek Restaurant and Steakhouse. The Old Stove Pub has been closed for several years and completed extensive renovations and restoration. The process took over a year to complete, while also keeping much of the original detail and charm. We really enjoyed our first time at Cove Hollow. The Firecracker Shrimp, Steak and local swordfish were all tasty and well prepared. Craft cocktails were seasonal and got us into the holiday spirits. we will be back.

This is going to become one of our favorite restaurants! The burgers are the best of any neighboring restaurants, the prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere is perfect. Very happy!

Fantastic meal and incredible service. The staff were welcoming and wonderful and also helped our table pick out some really excellent wine to pair with our dinner. Don’t sleep on the braised pork cheeks, the fluke tartare, or the sticky date pudding, all so delicious. 10/10.
