Best Casual Restaurants in Fairfield, New Jersey

Excellent menu with good choices and nice additions to the steak selection on regular menu. Nice ambiance and good service but will say that while the steaks are quite good, in my opinion not the best steak for the money in NJ. Great desserts.

Food was good, meat could use a little more sea salt, in my opinion as a churrasco eater. It took a while to get service but not too bad. Waiter was a little distracted but the meat servers were really nice. It wasnt busy when we got there but later it started getting busier and noisier. Restaurant looks good and nice ambiance.

Roberts is great. All.fresh food amazing taste and quality. Ambiance is beautiful and service superb. BYOB too. Highly recommend.

The food was absolutely outstanding. We indulged in the Lamb Chops, Sea Bass, Spanakopita, and Crab Cakes. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, bursting with rich, savory flavor. The Sea Bass was incredibly tender, enveloped in a delicate tomato and onion sauce that elevated the dish beautifully. The Spanakopita was wrapped in a perfectly crisp, flaky crust and was utterly delicious. The Crab Cakes were exceptional, with a delightful balance of flavor and texture. The service was top-notch; the staff demonstrated a deep knowledge of the menu and could expertly describe each dish with enthusiasm. However, our only minor concern was that the staff seemed to hover a bit too closely, almost watching our every move. While we truly appreciated their attentiveness, it did create a slightly uncomfortable and overly attentive atmosphere. Be aware that there is not a lot of vegetarian options.

First time here. Ordered drinks, a bunch of appetizers, and sangwiches for mains. Everything was delicious. We all said we were going to come back again soon.
