Best Casual Restaurants in Hyde Park

Liberty & Main has always been our go to restaurant for special occasions. The food is always outstanding and the menu changes frequently so you will never get bored. The Chef presents amazing specials while the classics are executed very well. This is by far the best restaurant experience at Legacy Place. This review is coming from a Chef of over 30 years in the industry. Thank you Michael, Doug and your team.

This was our fourth visit and, like the other three, it was very good. I noticed every table in our section was full, yet the food came out quickly and was hot. Our server was excellent. I regret I didn’t get her name.

We ordered off the Valentines menu which was sublime. Started with oysters and caviar. After a large exceptional Caesar salad a cavatelli pasta with pesto was made to perfection. The Chilean sea bass was prepared with a chimichuri sauce and black rice. Unusual but spectacular. Our server complimented the meal. In 60 years of dining all over the world I have encountered few who were better.

Excellent food, fantastic service and left with full bellies. Novara never disappoints. The chicken wings are some of the best around. Everything was excellent. We will be back again soon!

This was our 2nd time eating at steel & rye, we loved the food so much the first time when it came to thinking of where to go for valentines we both said the same place, my favorites were the meatballs, Brussel sprouts and Gnudi!
