- HHeatherChicago / Illinois •6 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOur reservation was at 8:45 pm and it was not super busy. It was a fun, relaxed ambiance and we enjoyed the live music! The food was great for the most part. I enjoyed the macadamia crusted mahi mahi. The pizzas were good. Shrimp appetizer was only so-so (but our waiter did warn us it wasn’t the best thing on the menu - my daughter just really wanted shrimp). The service was great. I wish I remembered our waiter’s name because he was really friendly and engaging and deserves a shout out. I would definitely recommend.More infoMonkeypod Kitchen - WaikikiPrice: Moderate• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Waikiki•4.6
- JJeffCalgary / Southern Alberta •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoHad an amazing experience at the House Without A Key, right on the ocean! The atmosphere were incredible—nothing beats dining with the sound of the waves and live Hawaiian music in the background. The food was just as impressive. We tried the chicken breast and mahi mahi and both were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The ambiance was relaxed but still stylish, perfect for a sunset dinner. The staff was friendly and attentive, making it a perfect spot for a laid-back but memorable meal. Can’t wait to return!More infoHouse Without a KeyPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Waikiki•4.6
- SStefaniHawaii •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoBeing a Lone Ranger here on island at Christmas, I decided to take myself out to dinner. I sat at the bar with my reservation and ordered a real nice Cabernet to go with my absolutely delicious chicken Parmesan and spaghetti. The service itself was great. 3 different servers consistently attended to me which was very pleasing. The dessert finished off very well with my wine as well. The ambiance was very holiday visitor vibe but the staff was hosting at a great level. Thank you for a great ending to my solo Christmas Formaggio’s!More infoFormaggio Grill KailuaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Italian• Kailua•4

It is a bit pricey, so get ready to spend a bit. But overall, very good!More infoGoen Dining + BarPrice: Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Kailua•4.8
- AARTHawaii •11 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe are supper diners and we recommend making reservations. They get busy. With reasonable expectations anything you order will be satisfying. I wouldn't say that they are a budget venue, however, fair for what you receive. They always have a chef special for steaks and seafood as well as a catch of the day entee. Their cheese and salumi platter is a great start for 4 guests with cocktails. Hope you enjoy!More infoKalapawai CafePrice: Moderate• Comfort Food• Kailua•4.8
