Best Casual Restaurants in Killarney / Metrotown

Overall it was great as I love this place. I have been going back there every year. I didn’t enjoy the piano music that night in particular as the beat was a bit fast. It didnt allow me to enjoy the environment. I love the service. Every staff was great. The server was very professional. He gave us space and he was there when needed.

Our server was helpful and accommodated a change to the menu for an allergy. He was patient and around just enough. The food was so delicious and flavourful. My favourite was the taro chips and dip. The prawns were also delish. Even though we were seated on the outdoor patio in December, it was warm enough. Just wish there were slightly more substantial chairs. We were seated on very small stools.

The restaurant had a casual setting. We went there for the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner buffets. The buffet had lots of options to fit everybody’s tastes. The food was excellent and the service was as well. Prices were very reasonable.

I booked open table and got a very nice standard table Not noisy at all so we could talk n at least hear each other I had tuna tartare as appetizer And than Salmon in honey mustard and alternated vegetables for mashed potatoes My family had steak and French onion soup Than to finish off our dinner we had their mud pie Everything was so delicious Everything was perfectly done

Elegant but casual, Selene impressed and delighted. Amazing service and food, and the most elevated Greek salad I’ve ever had. I would also drink the mussel broth on its own, it’s that good. Selene deserves all the success, thank you for a lovely evening!
