The lighting and decor are sophisticated, yet casual enough to make the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable. The food was absolutely outstanding. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, with bold flavors and fresh ingredients. The tapas-style dishes were perfectly portioned for sharing, and everything we tried was a delight. The Paella and the Jamon Croquettes were standouts! The service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations without being overbearing. They made sure we had everything we needed, ensuring a seamless dining experience from start to finish. A lovely experience on Valentine's Day which can be quite hectic and noisy in some restaurants. The hostess seated us immediately at a nice table by the window. Service was prompt; water, then warm rolls with a nice chimichurri sauce. Pablo, the waiter, took our drink orders right away; the manager, Jorge, checked at our table two times during the evening. The salad was very generous, enough for three of us. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the butternut squash soup. Our entrees were perfect. The excellent service by Pablo continued throughout the meal. The valet service was perfect. It can be challenging to park in Coral Gables so it was an appreciated amenity. We will definitely return.
