Best Casual Restaurants in Middle Island

Always love the quality of food & high level service here! My only issue was I wanted plain mashed potatoes with braised Cabernet short ribs plate instead of horseradish potatoes and kitchen sent me the wrong one. Server said she submitted my request but unfortunately I had to wait 10 minutes for the correct potatoes. Still a winning location & will be back soon.

The service at Karvers Grill was stellar! Christopher, our server was very attentive, professional, responsive and courteous. The food was outstanding being perfectly prepared!

Always love dinning at Ragazzi ! Been going since they opened Great food , ambiance, service and feel at home ! Always get such a warm greeting like dinning with Family ! If you havent gone check it out ! They never disappoint! And be sure to bring your appetite large portions!!! Love you Ragazzi ! See ya soon !

Hands down the BEST restaurant in Port Jeff. Food, atmosphere and service. And of course the bread!

I forgot to take pictures of our foods ordered. We lucked out and it wasn’t busy. We had a show at the Theater to attend. Our waitress was great. First time I had an Old Fashioned, been curious about it and it was really good. I had the Burrata Salad with grilled shrimp and it was delicious. Fresh ingredients. Hubs ordered Best Chicken on the Block and he enjoyed it. Our friends ordered the Southwest Chopped Salad and the House Burger. Both were pleased with their meal. Plus a cocktail Rusty Nail, which was also tasty. Also an order of Hand Cut Fries for the table. It was a big plate, plenty for four people to share and tasty. Next time I go I’ll be ordering a Rusty Nail. I like the look of their bar style, just something about it.
