Ok, we do chicken, but our chicken is famous!Our local free-to-roam chicken is marinated for 24 hours in lemon, buttermilk, and paprika. It is then dry-rubbed, cooked and blast-chilled to keep it juicy and finally roasted on the spit. Ribs and wings are also available, as are a choice of sides and homemade desserts. We started with appetizers, including garlic prawns and scallops, but we were a bit underwhelmed- it was lacking in taste. But the sea bass- that was phenomenal! It was our favorite meal we have had in two and a half weeks in the country. The staff was very personable and the ambiance was great. I’m a big fan of ceilings, and they have an amazing ceiling!

Overall we really enjoyed our experience at the restaurant. The staff were pleasant and attentive without being overly present. The food was excellent and the service great. It was a little cool in the restaurant and I did notice other customers putting their coats on during their dining.
