Vancouver Now Has Its Very-Own Georgian Restaurant!Dediko, owned by a mother-son team, serves the country’s famous stuffed breads and dumplings out of a cheery Evergreen Boulevard cafe. Dediko’s menu is stacked with the classics of that region, with a number of different khachapuri, soup-filled dumplings called khinkali, walnut-heavy vegetable dishes called phkali, and various grilled meats called mtsvadi. We had a "Dine the Couve" for $33 and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Plating was very nice and the quality of our steak and mushroom raviolis were very tasty. The friendly and efficient service only enhanced the dining experience! We will definitely continue to dine here.
