Best Casual Restaurants in Sahara Avenue

The food and service was amazing, a little pricey but it is Las Vegas and Gordon Ramsay’’s restaurant so understandable. Always wanted to try the Beef Wellington after seeing it on Hells Kitchen, it was delicious! The only thing I had a problem with is that my husband received a gift card for his birthday and we were unable to use it because the restaurant was inside Cesar’s Palace.. if we had known that we would have tried to find another GR restaurant that was not in a hotel.

Delicious meal. Very expensive, but it’s Vegas so that’s usual. Festive atmosphere and our group of 8 had a great time. One note: they have a Dover Sole on the menu for $85, far above other entree choices. I asked the server why it was so much more expensive than say the branzino or salmon, and she clearly didn’t know why, just saying that it’s because of the quality of the fish. Not a satisfying answer, but otherwise a great meal.

Best Chinese Fusion restaurant we have been too. Portions are generous. Quality superb. The seafood tower is the BEST. The lemon dessert is awesome. Very worthy of a 5 Star.

Wyatt is the best server ever!!!!! We have been here multiple times and Wyatt is by far the best server we’ve ever had!!! Anytime we come back I will definitely be requesting him!!!

James was a wonderful server who was both knowledgeable and warm. We already love Carversteak, but the service this time added to the love we already had for the food!
