Best Casual Restaurants in Towson

Bluestone was the perfect lunch place for our group of 5. No one rushed us and since we had not seen each other for some time it was great to savor our meeting without interruption. The food was excellent with lots of choices for everyone. Our server was pretty quiet but he didn't seem to mind our rowdiness.

Went for my fiancé’s birthday. It was delicious. Not a fan of the seating but it was a nice dinner.

The food was really good but incredibly rich. I feel like they need a better balance of things that are rich and then light such as more salads for light vegetables setting and interior decorating was very cute but the chairs made absolutely zero sense. It was like sitting in someone’s living room the chairs were so low sunken Table above your chest, which was absolutely bizarre. Jonathan was so sweet but clearly overworked we saw a manager walking around multiple times and never once came over to ask how we were doing in our team dress when we asked where the bathrooms were.

I needed a lunch spot with a variety of foods and ample parking for friends who were recovering from surgeries. This was a great location. The server was attentive. The crab and lobster dip was okay but the lunches we ordered were excellent. No complaints from anyone in our party. The only suggestion I have is to include the prices for all of the cocktails.

Food is fantastic. We come back each trip to Towson for the crab cakes and outstanding vegetable selections. The staff is excellent. Can be a bit noisy if parties are underway but that’s normal.
