Joe’s Crab Shack offers a variety of favorites from all parts of the sea and shore. From its extensive menu, guests can choose from buckets of seasonal seafood, fried shrimp platters and fish dishes, as well as options from the “mainland” that include steak, sandwiches, and chicken. Guests can indulge in over-sized and creative cocktails, such as the Shark Bite which is playfully garnished with a shark toy. Since its inception, Joe’s popularity has stemmed not only from its menu, but also its retail store. Incredible food, service and atmosphere. We loved our server! He was so knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Highly recommend the flash-fried brussels sprouts, pork chop, rigatoni, and fondue burger! And of course, the whiskey cake was divine! Great margaritas and mocktails! Love this place. Will absolutely be back!

Fixe is one of our favorite Friday night date spots. We love the happy hour menu but most of all we love Sam and Colin. They’re the best bartenders around, super friendly, accommodating and professional. They engage with the costumers and keeps everyone happy with their drink and food orders.

Unique and exquisitely prepared menu. Very attentive and personable staff. My wife and I thought we'd be sensible and split a salad and a sandwich from the weekday lunch menu; both were stunning. The Pear Salad (Red Wine Poached Pear, Point Reyes Blue Cheese, Candied Walnuts, Castelfranco Radicchio, Frisée, Ice Wine Vinaigrette)...enough for two by itself. Also split the Autumn Grilled Cheese sandwich (Apple Maple Bacon Jam, Fontina, Brie on Whole Wheat)...perfectly assembled and toasted. Oh, and the sandwich comes with Choice of Simple House Salad, French Fries or Old Bay Potato Chips. So for us, fries! A menu full of wonderfully hard decisions, all with floor to ceiling glass windows looking out over the pond and park and architecture of The Modern.

We LOVED our Sea Bass and Caesar evening. We substituted Mushroom Risotto for the base and it was so delicious! Our favorite restaurant of all! These guys do it right!
