Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Fairview

The overall experience was terrific. The food and service was superb, truly. Always a fan of Brian Lewis! The burger is unparalleled, and the lobster spaghetti was outstanding. The ambiance and and environment is very pleasing and sort of transports you out of Greenwich. The only challenge we had was with the noise level, which was untenable. We were in the back, which might have made it worse.

Excellent! The homemade pappardelle with veal ragu is so delicious. All the pastas are good. We had grilled octopus prepared with chick peas- delish. The pounded veal chop parmigiana was a big portion- so took some home. Grilled scallops were very good. I love Tramontos. Have known Chef Nando for many years. He has brought an elevated menu to Tramonto’s. One of our faves!

I've been wanting to eat here for a long time so brought my west coast sister and nephew who were craving NY pizza. Our server was awesome! The front room has a funky, lively vibe. The food was ok. My nephew had the margarita, sis had the lemon pizza and I had the pepperoni version. For someone who ate often at a famed Bushwick establishment, Parlor is only 80% as good by comparison. The crust here is too dense for me. Our salad was great but the calamari order was over-fried and our drinks were poor approximations of an old fashioned. Maybe it was just an off night given other reviews have inspired me to put this on my "must go" list. Still better than most pizza in lower Westchester and the location is iconic Rivertown so I'd say give it a try.

An amazing eatery with fabulous views of the Hudson in a town park setting. Food is delicious and the service was outstanding. Highly recommended for those wanting to enjoy some great food and scenery that will amaze you no Marge time of year!!

So happy I found this place. The food was delicious and the service too. My daughter and I both have Celiac disease, and it was so nice to eat at a restaurant and not worry about cross contamination. We will be back!!
