The interior has a distinctly late 19th century feel with wooden furnishings brought from Belfast, Ireland.Serving a wide range of domestic and international beers 25 on tap. A great selection of whiskeys and wines, including some excellent wine from the Langtry Winery in California where Lillie herself owned and lived for a time.The food is traditional Pub Fare.     The staff was very attentive & the food tasted very fresh. We had guacamole & chips, shrimp tacos & quesadillas but did not try any of their signature cocktails, though they looked very appealing. The location was very convenient to multiple Broadway theaters which we took advantage of to have pre-matinee lunch. They also have a cute cat robot that they use to deliver drinks, etc., quite a novelty for entertainment.

    Dolly Varden was the PERFECT cocktail spot for a birthday get-together I had before a show:) The staff was so nice and attentive to my larger party of 14, and the vibe of the place and decor made it feel like a Christmas cabin getaway. Every drink we had was amazing and the food was wonderful as well! Will surely be back!

    Fabulous!! Nothing bad about this experience! The food was phenomenal and the vibe of the restaurant was so perfect for this time of year! Made a reservation walked in and was seated immediately! Definitely will be visiting again! Highly recommend the steak frites, the pollo Montallo and the creamed spinach! What a great night!

    Very nice spot (we were in a teardrop on the rooftop). The whole team was very friendly, the atmosphere is what you want it to be (individual control of the sound/light), and the view on the city is stellar.
