Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Roselle

Above average diner-type food with breakfast menu served all day long. We had All-American burger, breaded pork cutlet & bull's eye french toast with a side of mac n' cheese. All were done quite well with pork cutlet & french toast having an especially delicious twist on these standards. Our server was helpful & attentive. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw owner Stephanie Izzard walk into kitchen. Wonder take on diner fare which we would highly recommend!

We had a great dinner and experience. This place truly feels like it has been transplanted from Paris. We had a great server that gave us a really nice wine suggestion. We had the cassoulet and Steak Frites “Manion style”. Both were excellent. The truffle profiteroles were surprising and very good. Noise level is high, but adds to the energy of the place.

The food and service was very good. The only problem was that they were out of a lot of selections by 7:45 PM. We still had a good meal and beverages. Our server was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Arrived early for our reservation and the hostess offered to seat us early! Aiden was our wait staff and he was outstanding! One person in our party had to eat gluten free and Aiden was very knowledgeable of what could be made gluten free. He also helped another person select a wine and Aiden was right on target with his recommendation. Food was served hot and was very tasty. An enjoyable experience.

We so enjoy celebrating Valentine's Day at White Castle. Next year we're going to make it a family affair. Our service was great and who doesn't love the food. Such a fun experience!
