Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino

We were eating at the restaurant last night with another couple and asked for separate checks. The server said they only can do it if the server isn't but did do it. Several months ago, I spoke with Aliante Management and was told that it only applied to a party of 10 and up. He said he would instruct the restaurant. Bistro 57 is the only restaurant that we have been to that object to writing up 2 separate orders. The reason I called the manager was to confirm that this was your policy, and he apologized saying it was not their policy and would instruct the restaurant. We had stopped coming to Bistro 57 but after talking to the manager we decided to start eating at the restaurant again. The first time we came to the Bistro 57 after talking to the manager there was no problem. This time there was. Please advise what your policy is. Thank you, Guy Sax

Great food, friendly service. Those who ordered out of the ordinary dishes were impressed. Others stuck with old favorites and rated them better than other restaurants.
