Classic comfort cooking takes center stage thanks to a fire engine red rotisserie that roasts all manner of proteins. It’s chicken that’s the star here: served in quarter, half or whole portions, accompanied by classic sides basted in jus. A decidedly adventurous wine and cocktail list rounds out the menu.     I can’t tell you much I appreciate that you have both. Kids menu and a plant based section on your menu! It’s so nice to find a modern, yet casual, restaurant that can accommodate the needs of my whole family. I also really appreciate that you have tofu for your plant based diners, because a lot of places that have vegan options only serve you vegetables, and vegans want/need/deserve protein, too!! So happy with our experience at tap & barrel!!

    Dinner was perfect. Food and wine were delicious as usual. Chicken, brisket and ribs - so good. Stand out for the night was the exceptional service. We can’t think of a better experience. 21 years living in Vancouver and this was hands down the best dining experience. Thanks to the whole team - with special thanks to our server for making my birthday the best night out.

    Its my second time at Torafuku. I came at 3:30 hoping to order the tasting menu again but it didn't start until 6. However I got to try their happy hour menu....You Will Not Be Disappointed. We ordered 4 items from the menu so we will try the rest next time. As always, great service, ambience and food!
