Dabei wurde festgestellt: Je kleiner die Brauerei, desto interessanter die Biere, Brauer und Geschichten. Als diese Bewegung mit dem Titel “Craft Beer” einen Namen bekam wurde schnell festgestellt: “So etwas hat in Stuttgart noch gefehlt”.
