Best Cozy Restaurants in Silver Lake

First visit but it will not be our last. Some issues with parking, but overall restaurant experience was outstanding. Logan our waiter was extremely attendant - never had to think "where is our waiter". For a table of 5 including a 10 year old, every order was better than expected. We spent considerable time sharing so we could all judge separately - every item was amazing down to the sherbet triio for dessert.

I just had anniversary dinner there. Lamb gnocchi and my wife had braised short rib. Started off with fried Brussels sprouts as an appetizer. Ended with an espresso mousse with whipped cream in a coffee cup (I enjoyed the pun on that), and my wife had tiramisu. Everything was phenomenal! The chef wasn’t there, but the sous chef did a great job! I highly recommend!

Dean and his team were highly welcoming, kind, courteous, and caring. Each and every employee had a joyous-type demeanor that made us feel happy to be there. The food was DELICIOUS! The fruit plate and coffee cake muffins to start were perfect; not too heavy and tasty... especially that honey and sumac yogurt! The main brunch courses exceeded expectations. As southerners who moved north, I cannot tell you how much we miss a good biscuit and some flavorful grits... they nailed both perfectly. My fried catfish was almost melting in my mouth. All around, a wonderful and elevated meal that was served by staff that genuinely cared; and experience that made us feel like we were home.

Everything was wonderful! Very cute decor. Loved the firepits. My husband loved his cocktail! Everything we ordered was exceptional. My husband & I shared the Brussel sprouts (omg!!), tuna tartare, Salmon entree & burger. We finished it off with a chocolate tart & affagotto with caramel icecream(and mini rolos)...delish! A++

Lawrence is a delightful and efficient server , my fish could have been seasoned more, only input.
