While we travel extensively we count ourselves blessed to return home to Lupo. In fact we often speak wistfully about Lupo while dining comparatively on the other side of the world. We dine early before concerts which affords a quiet and intimate ambiance.More infoLupo Restaurant & VinotecaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Yaletown•4.8

- DDarlenevipVancouver / British Columbia •15 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis restaurant is located on the edge of Yaletown and easy to find. We walked from the Fairmont Waterfront (20 mins) and found it with ease. We were attending the Bruce Springsteen concert, which was on a Friday night, so it was good we had a reservation. I'm not too sure about the parking as we walked or would have taken an Uber. This place was bumpin (Friday night and a concert) and had a great atmosphere! We checked in and were called once our table was ready. We were seated by the friendly hostess, close to the pizza oven, which was very cool and watched them prepare and toss the pizza dough. Our server was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The menu has a variety of starters, mains and shareables. We started with a Ceasars salad (the dressing was fantastic) you could taste the freshness with a hint of anchovies. We ordered the 8oz filet with their amazing chimichurri and sided it with an order of their lobster/ crab ravioli (which was spectacular) and split everything. It was the perfect portion and not too heavy. We were happy with our restaurant choice and the food items we order. I would definitely love to come back and try more of their menu items and recommend this experience at Per Se Social Corner on Homer St, in Vancouver. - JJanetVancouver / British Columbia •16 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThe chicken fried mushrooms were not great - the dip was fantastic, but if you like dipping deep fried dough then this may be wonderful for you. The Babaganoush was fantastic but I think pita bread would be a better accompaniment than lavash - it was thin and hard. Best dish was the cauliflower. Our server was amazing!More infoHomer Street Cafe & BarPrice: Moderate• Comfort Food• Yaletown•4.7
