This journey began in defense of the maker, those that bring to light from darkness, an idea. Our inspiration comes from memory, of travels we’ve taken - it is the thread that helps us bind our creation. Wolf’s is the laboratory where inspiration turns to creation, creation is stitched into a form that when examined takes guests on the creators' journey of exploration. But the quest to create comes not for the supplication of an audience, but for the continual introspective pursuit of pushing the boundaries of what we know as possible.

Acova is writing the next chapter of one of Denver’s great neighborhoods. An iconic locale in a historic district, Acova builds on the rich story of “The Northside” (now known as LoHi) by breathing new life into an address with soul. Even its name pays homage to its South Broadway sibling restaurant The Hornet, while tipping a cap to its storied Italian predecessor Patsy’s. The place you bring friends and family from out of town to show them what Denver’s all about. The place you go for that after work cocktail, or your go to date spot, whether it’s your first or 50th date. The place you get the group together on a Saturday night, and where you recover together on a Sunday morning. Acova is the next Highlands institution, bearing vintage flair and contemporary charm that threads the past into the future. Acova brings you back time and again because you are part of this story now, and Acova is part of yours.

Thank our lucky stars we have finally tried Alma fonda fina!!! This place lived up to its expectations and more; The ambiance and decor had substance but weren't to overwhelming or distracting, it's a cozy vibe and everyone seems elated to be there. Now for the food... There were so many times throughout the night that it almost brought me to tears. It was SO good and the dishes were all humble mexican dishes with only slight additions that knocked it out of this world with flavor, there were also some dishes that i would typically not try or ask for certain things removed but that didn't even matter in this case it was all so good. The staff were amazing from the time we stepped in we were taken care of, our cup was never empty they knew when to check in on us or give recommendations. I would 1000% recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to experience there own Anton ego momemt because that is what I experienced, this place brought me back to childhood; to an amazing nostalgic moment I can't wait to experience again.

High Tea in the Atrium was the best. Great atmosphere and Christmas decor, wonderful piano music and even better strolling carolers followed by the jazz combo playing Christmas tunes. Price was high but the experience could not be duplicated. That said, I miss the smartly uniformed doormen and found it took quite a while to get a drink and we were seated at least 30 minutes late. Also, the newly renovated Ellington's is disappointing with such poor acoustics and "all white" decor. Sorry to say that the hotel as a whole is no longer the best in Denver.
