- WWilliamToronto / Ontario •1 review4.0Dined 1 day agoI booked a reservation for 8pm on Saturday the 23rd, obviously a very busy time, unfortunately I ended up waiting approximately 20 minutes before placing even my drink order, the positive turn was my server was immediately apologetic and proceeded to provide amazing service from then on, the food was extremely good, I had a caesar salad, maple salmon and turtle cheesecake. Being at the restaurant at 8pm let me see the fireworks over the falls which was a real treat. Being a busy Saturday things were a little loud ambience wise, but it's to be expected. Unlike many others, this establishment does not offer a buffet, which allowed for a more personalized dining experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. Both the managers and hostess were accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout the evening. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas, adding a festive touch that enhanced the overall atmosphere. The tasteful decorations created a cozy and inviting environment, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal. It's worth noting that the restaurant was quite dark and the menus were a little difficult to read for members in our party with glasses.
