- LLindaVIPNew York City •23 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoPrices are very high and portions are very small. I dined with my significant other at Solo for an early dinner. Our service and food were exceptional. We shared a small beet, Gorgonzola and greens salad which was very good. The house bread was good also. I had my favorite dish of linguine with clams in a light broth with tomatoes. It was very good but again a very meager portion. You might see the thread that the food is good but the portions are really small. It’s hard to understand why they could not provide more pasta. My boyfriend with dietary restrictions had the halibut which was a tad overcooked with a few slices of potatoes and a few tomatoes. I did not like the gelato. Wine was fantastic. It’s a fantastic restaurant which is pricey and provides very small portions.More infoSolo ItalianoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Portland•4.7
- SSallyMaine •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoI love this place. It's intimate and cozy. The short menu offers plenty for all and the night we were there there was a special offering that we didn't take. We took menu items that were excellent. Sharing is a good concept too.More infoIsa Bistro - PortlandPrice: Expensive• Bistro• Portland•4.9
