- CColleenPortland / Oregon •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoNot our first visit here and won't be our last. L'Orange combines great dishes (onion soup is back for the winter!) and wine pairings, low key but attentive service, and a cozy atmosphere. The mussels and clams were served in a Zatarains spiced broth for a kick and the L'orange cake is bright and comforting and crunchy sweet with caramelized sugar at the edges. The three separate dining areas keep noise at a level that facilitates conversation, such a rare and nostalgic idea: Other restaurants can keep their noisy, spare dining areas with music that muscles out any attempts at conversation, we are delighted to have L'Orange as a dining option.More infoL'OrangePrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• Southeast Portland•4.9

And our wait person, even though overwhelmed by the packed house, couldn’t have been more attentive and friendly. - GGregHawaii •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoAmazing Christmas Eve dinner - place was slammed but handled it well - it took a bit to get started but we were not in a hurry - amazing drink and wine selection - great appetizers and steak was as expected for Prime. Highly recommend Onion Rings, Pacific Oysters, Lobster Oscar (on steak) and it was the best crème brûlée we have ever had and we are crème brûlée snobs 🤣. Hank was a great waiter - 5 Stars.More infoRingSide Steakhouse - UptownPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Northwest Portland•4.8

The waiter was so nice and patient explaining what everything was and answering our questions. And the food was delicious!!!
