A Family Tradition For Over 90 YearsMrs. Knott’s Chicken Dinner Restaurant first opened in 1934 with Mrs. Knott and her children serving the first customers in their tea room. There were just 3 of us to celebrate a birthday. My two table partners ordered the special of the day-Alaskan halibut. They were perfectly cooked and a good size portion. I ordered the rack of lamb and they cooked it to a perfect medium rare. Our server was attentive, but not intrusive and surprised the birthday girl with dessert! A very nice evening. Looking forward to going back.

Fantastic! The restaurant was all decked out for Christmas and I must say they did a magnificent job with the decor this year! Just beautiful from the outside through to the inside. We had a wonderful table by the window with a great view for miles and miles. Our server was the best; attentive and timely throughout our courses. Our cuts of prime rib were perfect and the sides delicious! The popovers were fully puffed and the fresh baked bread divine. Just a glorious late Christmas 🎄 dinner with good friend!
