- NniyatiVIPChicago / Illinois •4 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoThe food was great, service was excellent too. But very irresponsible of the management to not post anything on their website that there will NOT be a Bollywood DJ night on Valentine’s Day when they specify that Friday’s and Saturday’s are DJ nights on their website. That is misleading information! We reserved a late table to experience the Bollywood music only to find out that they won’t do that on Valentine’s Day which was on a Friday! Also, the management needs to better prepare of train their front desk staff who attends calls and makes reservations. She was rude, she didn’t bother to get the entrance area cleaned by someone when I told her that the floor so slippery from all the snow and muck that people bring in. The restaurant needs to be more respectful and responsible to the customers who decide not to cancel their reservation when the weather is so bad.More infoBar Goa-ChicagoPrice: Moderate• Indian• River North (Chicago)•4.4

- RRonaldVIPChicago / Illinois •13 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoAnother wonderful dining experience at Bistronomic! I have been dining here for fourteen years and never been disappointed. We were warmly greeted and quickly seated. After time to settle in our server arrived and took our drink and menu orders. We started with the three cheese board which we thoroughly enjoyed. Then we had the Maine Lobster Bisque and Mini Comte Cheese Ravioli as our appetizers and they were delicious. For our main courses we had the Prime Beef Shirt Rib and Homemade Fresh Ricotta Tortellini which were both wonderful. Chef came by and visited each table to check on our dining experience which is a very nice touch. Bistronomic is a warm, friendly, and inviting restaurant with delicious cuisine!More infoBistronomicPrice: Moderate• French• Gold Coast / Streeterville•4.8
- JJustinChicago / Illinois •8 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoGoing to a restaurant on Valentine’s Day for the first time is always a risk, as it’s usually their busiest day of the year and service isn’t always the best. But there were no lapses whatsoever during our experience, with the exception that the host didn’t notice our request in the reservation for a booth instead of a table. Thankfully they were very accommodating in making the shift. Our server was fantastic, as was the food. We thoroughly enjoyed the chicken limone and calamari linguine. We split their house salad, which was delicious, as was the sundae for dessert. Giving single stem roses to all of the ladies and playing 80s love songs was also a great touch! We will definitely be returning to this location again! Kudos to all of the managers and staff for making this Valentine’s Day dining experience one of our best!More infoFrancesca - LincolnwoodPrice: Moderate• Italian• Lincolnwood•4.6
