The back waiter suggested I not add cheese to my dish as it would might make it too salty. After tasting it, I realized she was right! I really appreciated her having this knowledge and not being afraid to share her suggestion. We ordered the steak tartare and it was excellent with just the right toast points. And the Caesar salad, the bits of parm and croutons are perfect. Also, the asparagus with hollandaise is about the best I've ever eaten. Our table also ordered the Prime lunch special and the steak looked perfect.
