Best Date Night Restaurants in Clearwater

We love this place and have been many times. There a delay in getting our food served after enjoying wonderful French onion soup. We never complained and in fact, were just enjoying our cocktails when the manager came by to apologize and bought us another round of drinks. I love keeping us informed and offering a service recovery. Entree was great- another enjoyable meal.

Incredible holiday menu with fancy appetizers, and figgy pudding for dessert! The steak was cooked to perfection, the lobster claws were huge and decadent. The Maple Glazed Pork Belly was so good, I didn’t want it to end. Adam chose a delicious Bordeaux and Royal Tokaji for dessert. Jay was attentive and friendly. We were treated like family and the experience was magnificent!

I'll start by saying I am very happy we decided to dine at HEW. Great experience!! Starting with Jade our server who guided us thru the menu making appropriate suggestions. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Small touches like calling us by our name on the reservation shows a genuine interest in our satisfaction. The meal was perfectly prepared. We've eaten in dozens and dozens of fine steakhouses, this one is top notch in many areas. Sides were delicious and prepared well. The house special demi-glaze was one of the best I've ever had. I'm very glad she recommended it. Presentation was very nice, however when it came to the quality of the tomahawk steak, it fell a little short. Again, it was cooked and presented perfectly but tough and not up to the standard. I will be sure to return because of how the place is run We are very anxious to try many other things on the menu based on how well the food was prepared and presented. So many nice touches here. Melina made great recommendations that perfectly complemented our tastes, ensuring we had a memorable dining experience. The food was delicious, and the combination of flavors was nothing short of spectacular. I can't wait to return to Latitude 28 for another wonderful evening!
