- MMarianToronto / Ontario •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThe whole experience at The Lake Club was amazing. We had friends cancel meeting us for dinner and our reservation was later. As a result called and asked if could change reservation to an earlier time and the restaurant was able to accommodate. Food was superb! Service was attentive and friendly! Background music could have been a little quieter so that one could hear dinner companion. The musicians that came in just before we left were quite talented. Wished we could have stayed longer to listen.More infoThe Lake Club - Friday Harbour ResortPrice: Expensive• Global, International• Barrie•4.7

- WWaylonToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoLovely place for a date! Was kindly welcomed and seated, and promptly served. The food was outstanding! I had the hanger steak with truffle fries and local mushrooms, the steak arrived medium rare as requested and the chimichurri complemented the steak very well. My date got the pasta of the day which she enjoyed as well. The drinks and desserts should not be missed either. The house cocktails were very nice and the creme brulee and chocolate mousse were phenomenal. I generally dont go for desserts but the mousse was so good youd be foolish not to try it.More infoThe KTCHNPrice: Expensive• Canadian• Orillia•4.8
- NNicholasToronto / Ontario •8 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis is my girlfriends and mine favourite spot in Barrie, we like it because it seems almost like a hidden gem, it’s always packed so it’s clearly not hidden, but we love the patio in the summer. We always have a great experience. Very sad to hear this location is closing temporarily, and we will have to find a new location for the summer. We find also the park place vibes to be too noisy with the amount of traffic from the highway right beside, we try to avoid restaurants in this area. Fingers crossed that you can replicate the same atmosphere in the south end, you will be missed in the North end. Thank you for many great memories. Only complaint from our last visit, my girlfriend got the vegan tacos with tortilla chips and there was only 6-7 chips on the plate. Usually there is 2-2.5 times as many.More infoMoxies - BarriePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Barrie•4.6
- SSarahToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had a fabulous early Valentines date. Exceptional service (thanks Mel!) and attention to detail. We loved the cocktails, burrata, carrots, ricotta gnudi, and rib eye steak (best chimichurri sauce ever!). Perfect finish to the meal was the sticky toffee pudding. Thank you Common Stove for such a decadent evening!More infoThe Common StovePrice: Expensive• Steak• Orillia•4.9
