As a marathoner, he is living proof that that you can eat Italian and be healthy. In fact, one of his signature dishes, "Fettucine Paolo" was featured in Runner's World magazine. I highly recommend Paolo's restaurant especially their 4 course meals up to 5:30 or after 8:00 Monday thru Friday. And if you happened to be celebrating a bday you get a free dessert. I ended up with two desserts. Wednesdays are special to if you order a Washington wine by the bottle you get it at half price. Service and food was excellent. :)

Our favorite hidden gem in Southcenter. Mainstream italian-style food served by experienced and competent staff. All the standbys: various fresh-made pastas with well-chosen ingredients, a rack of lamb and various fish. I like the beef medallion dish, especially the "reduction". I asked to have lower-carb mushrooms substituted for the default pasta and they happily complied The dessert tray, from which you can select at your table after your meal, always includes a dozen or more of a wide variety of treats.

Food was delicious big portions and all had a homemade taste. Sangria and cocktails were also delicious well served and tasty. Will return during the month of October. Server was well aware of our food availability.
