Mr. Tolhurst…Bravo! You have done an amazing job of creating such an inviting experience for everyone that walks in to the restaurant. Here’s another freebie “excellence is not a mistake“ and the Restaurant screams intentionalism from the time you walk in and you’re greeted, to the people that seat you at your table, to the cleanliness of the restaurant, the quality of the food, the time in which it’s delivered , etc, etc, etc! I can’t say enough good things about our experience tonight. But I will just say thank you very much for laboring so diligently to give us one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Delicious meal. Very expensive, but it’s Vegas so that’s usual. Festive atmosphere and our group of 8 had a great time. One note: they have a Dover Sole on the menu for $85, far above other entree choices. I asked the server why it was so much more expensive than say the branzino or salmon, and she clearly didn’t know why, just saying that it’s because of the quality of the fish. Not a satisfying answer, but otherwise a great meal.

Joe’s Stone Crab in Las Vegas is truly life-changing — if you’ve never had seafood before. The crab claws? Pure luxury, at prices that make you question your life choices. The ambiance? A time-travel experience back to 1995. But the real star? Our server, a true heartthrob with charm that could melt butter faster than any kitchen heat. Attentive, charismatic, and almost too good to be true — he made the overpriced crab claws feel like a worthy investment. Unforgettable!

Staying at the Sahara and this restaurant popped up nearby as I was looking for a steakhouse for my birthday dinner. Then I saw steaks are 50% on Fridays, which happened to land on my birthday. I was skeptical because I’m from LA and discounted steaks are UNHEARD OF. Especially this big names on the strip. But I said what the heck and went. I always have to have truffle butter with my steak and they unfortunately don’t have truffle butter but NO LIE, the steak did NOT need any sauce. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection!! And the lobster Mac and cheese was the most flavorful Mac I’ve had at a restaurant. 10/10. I’ve already told all my Vegas family and friends and even posted it my social media.

My server Ike was amazing, and very attentive to me which was great because a person dining alone usually gets a lacker service. I've dined here on a couple occasions and normally get the Ribeye(5/5) but decided I wanted to try a couple things at the price of ordering a steak. The Crab artichoke dip was amazing, though a little cold, and for my main course I ordered Salmon(Med) but it came out more too well, and bland lacking any season, and it was like warm as well. The Old Fashioned was the best part of my meal needless to say. I'll return in March as I visit Vegas twice a year and will return, just know to stick to what's known- steak.
