We were thrilled to be seated in her section again, as she had served us before and left a lasting impression. Ashley’s service was nothing short of impeccable—her attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth elevated our evening. She has an incredible ability to recommend the perfect cocktail, dessert, and after-dinner beverages, tailoring her suggestions to match our preferences perfectly. Her knowledge of the menu and drink offerings is second to none, and her recommendations truly enhanced our experience. The service at Carlo & Johnny is consistently the best in the city, and Ashley exemplifies the excellence that Jeff Ruby’s is known for.     Great experience as always. Sarah was extremely cordial and engaging! Cole did a great job serving our table and had a great amount of knowledge of Italian wines and helped us pair a Super Tuscan with our various courses! The food is always so great and was especially great last night!

    Our server wasn’t great but the food was phenomenal. Pretzels were delicious and the loaded skins were very tasty. The chicken sandwich tossed in hot honey was very good. The broccoli has a very good flavor. The loaded cheese fries were great to me but my husband thought it was too much. My daughter really enjoyed the salmon and Mac and cheese. My husband said the manhattan was different than any he’s ever had but he really enjoyed it.
