- NNathanielSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoI visited Zola for their Valentine's Day event and had a mixed experience. The ambiance was great, and the service was attentive, making for a nice evening. The appetizer was a highlight—beautifully presented and full of flavor, setting a great tone for the meal. Dessert was equally impressive, with a perfect balance of sweetness and texture that made for a satisfying end to the dinner. However, the steak was a letdown. It arrived colder than expected and tasted just okay—nothing special for the price and occasion. I was hoping for a more enjoyable main course, but it didn’t quite meet expectations. Overall, while the event had its strong points, the main course left something to be desired. I’d consider returning for the appetizers and desserts but might opt for a different entrée next timeMore infoZola + BarZolaPrice: Expensive• French• Palo Alto•4.6
- EErikaSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoValentine’s Day menu was delicious from start to finish. Our server was good, could have been a bit more attentive. He forgot to give me a rose at the start of my dinner. I had to ask for it at the end of our dinner which made me feel a little left out because I saw tables around me getting their rose as they were being seated. I was a little shy to ask for it but I asked the lovely lady who picked up our plates and she apologized on the servers behalf. Other than that small detail, I really enjoyed my first experience at Arya. Me and my partner got the filet minion and New York steak, AMAZING. The hostess were very polite. We arrived early and they offered us a seat at the bar while we waited.. we don’t drink so we just took a seat on the benches at the main entrance, but we truly appreciated the kind gesture. My partner and I will definitely be back to try the regular menu soon. Thank you Arya for a great Valentine’s Day dinner experience.More infoArya Steakhouse - Palo AltoPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Palo Alto•4.7

- NNatashaVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoEvvia is one of my favorite all time restaurants. The food is consistently excellent and the service impeccable. Favorite dishes include the spreads, the Evvia salad, Greek salad, avgolemono soup, anything with lamb and the whole fish. The pasta never disappoints and if you want a hearty dish their moussaka is the very best outside Greece.More infoEvviaPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Palo Alto•4.8
