- KKevinVIPBaltimore / Maryland •80 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoWe ate in Cece's Kitchen this time. We've eaten in the main dining room many times. Wanted a more casual atmosphere. It was perfect, although booking was crazy. I originally booked the Kitchen at 6:15. When I went to change to 6:45, Open Table said no availability. When we checked in, they said they weren't sure they could seat us? When I pressed that we wanted to try the ambiance....we were the ONLY ones there. Plenty of seating. What gives? Service was excellent and perfect spot for salad, pizza, and a couple of drinks. Recommend it.More infoCece’s Roland ParkPrice: Expensive• Modern European• Roland Park•4.5

My beverage was a cider. My husband had pork tenderloin and was very happy with his choice. He chose a hoppy IPA for his beverage. We splurged on calories and split a yummy dessert. The service was excellent even though Gertrude’s was very crowded.More infoGertrude's - BaltimorePrice: Moderate• American• Charles Village•4.6

- AAngelicaPhiladelphia County •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 8, 2024The Holiday Tea Service at Magdalena is by far the best I've had outside of London proper. The tea selection consists of 5 lovingly curated teas, which I do prefer to being overwhelmed by a list of 100 teas I've never heard of. The small selection also allows Emma to go into depth about the quirks of each of the teas and I really appreciated getting smell samples of the tea beforehand as well as being walked through the process of preparing each tea we chose. The sandwich/scone/and pastries were all absolutely delicious. The portions at Magdalena were the largest I've seen at any high tea service in the US yet, but it was still a large snack rather than the type of fourth meal you'd get in in the UK. The entire staff was lovely, but being guided through the process by Emma, Madgalena's tea and coffee maven, who is full of enthusiasm for tea, coffee (and honestly all things delicious) elevates the experience form just another afternoon snack to a loving and fun homage to tea.More infoMagdalenaPrice: Expensive• Bistro• Mt. Everything you would expect was available, plus many other options for those not inclined or with dietary preferences. Staff were excellent. Well trained and experienced. My wife and I look forward to returning regularly. Just a wonderful experience!More infoCitronPrice: Very Expensive• American• Towson•4.8
