She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our evening special. We started with the roasted bone marrow, something we had never tried before. While it wasn’t quite to our taste, Jordan stepped in with the perfect solution, recommending another starter that we thoroughly enjoyed. Her ability to adapt and make thoughtful suggestions truly set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. For the main course, I had the salmon, which was cooked to perfection with a beautifully crispy skin and a delicate, flavorful glaze. My wife opted for the filet mignon, which was tender, juicy, and seared to absolute perfection. Both dishes were beautifully plated and paired with sides that elevated each bite. Dessert was the perfect ending to a remarkable meal. I chose the apple blueberry crumble, a warm and comforting dessert with just the right balance of tart and sweet, topped with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream. My wife went with the cheesecake, which was rich, silky, and paired with a delightful fruit compote that added a burst of freshness. Great food and service. Celebrated a special occasion with a group of 8-they placed us in a semi-private room which was a huge plus!

This was about as close to a perfect dining experience as one could have. The food was among the best I’ve had in quite some time. If I lived in town I would probably eat here every month.

Just WOW! Everything about our lunch here was perfect as we celebrated a friends’ birthday. The hostess found out why we were there and put confetti on the table and gave the birthday girl a card. Our waitress was phenomenal. Attentive. Helpful. Friendly. And made our time there extra special. The food is delicious and presented so well. Everything about this Capital Grille OKC is the star of the show! Even the courteous valet who opened the door to a wonderful afternoon. Thank you.

Our first visit to Symmetry and it did not disappoint. We loved that all of the the steaks are from Oklahoma farms. Everything we ordered was fantastic. The service and drinks were also top notch
