Best Dog Friendly Restaurants in Baldock

Very attractive village pub which was encouragingly busy for a normal Monday lunchtime. Varied and interesting food and drinks menu with loads of local produce used. Service was excellent with staff being both friendly and efficient. Portions of the tasty dishes are more than decent, especially from the Dessert menu and make up for the slightly expensive prices.

Good food and a wide choice of beer and drinks. Not so busy. Waitress could have been a bit more focused though. Poor gluten free options but I did manage to adjust a dish to fit my needs.

Food and service always good. Lovely pub garden/field. Nice low alcohol beer (Ghost Ship by Adnams) although much better when it’s on draught. The fish and chips is great and the kids love the pizzas.

Superb pub - welcoming staff, fantastic food and great atmosphere. The staff were so helpful and the menu choice was excellent - and reasonably price too! The pub is situated in a lovely village with a fab garden as well. We will definitely return!
