Welcome to The Warren Restaurant, an extension of The Crowborough Estate, holding stock of Sussex Cattle, Boer Goats, Fallow deer, and Wild boar amongst others which the restaurant draws on for its menu. We are a Dog Friendly restaurant. Given the provenance, the kitchen predominantly cooks British food, occasionally dipping into other cuisines to provide a vehicle for flavours – nettle gnocchi for example, or poached oyster with wild boar chorizo.WE wanted a unique fun and informal restaurant, to offer their Crowborough Estate’s produce from. Open Tuesday to Sunday with food served all day from noon.We now have 3 Giant heated Tipis, they provide lots of fresh air and a lovely open environment, they are also heated.Formerly an 18th Century farmhouse boasting exposed beams, oak floors, exposed brickwork and oak tables. This leads to a very relaxed and cosy atmosphere with candle lit tables and real flame stoves.The cuisine is typically modern European, classically cooked using cornerstones such as stock pots to create their sauces with a brigade that has a passion for what they do. I love a pub Sunday roast and this was an excellent one! The pub is cosy and busy (the noise level did get a bit much as its dog and child friendly). Service was excellent, despite it being very busy and the food was great. It's on the more expensive side at over £20 BUT the portions were big, roast potatoes were good and there were lots of good vegetable sides.

It deserves all the stars. I highly recommend. Food was incredible quality! Such a beautiful vibe with so many well put together beautiful pieces everywhere. I already can not wait to come back. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My favourite place I have been so far. I already can not wait for the next time we visit.
