Best Dog Friendly Restaurants in Mission Beach

This was my second time at Slowly - the first was for a date (great experience) so I booked again for my friends bday dinner. Great service, food, and ambience for both occasions. The vibe is laid back with a twist of fancy, so expect wait times to be a bit longer. This isn’t an in and out dining experience, it’s meant to be enjoyed SLOWLY ;)

Very cute, 3 minute walk from the beach. Food was very yummy! The drinks here are very creative!

Great atmosphere and very festive environment to be in. Had fun Christmas decor and great customer service. The food is delish, my favorite was the mushroom risotto with pancetta is a must! The food comes out very hot and warm just to my liking. No one likes cold food and this place just knows how to keep the food steaming from oven to table. I have gone a couple of times already, making a reservation was easy. 

Dockside 1953 went above and beyond to give us an amazing anniversary experience. The food and drinks were outstanding!! The atmosphere was simply beautiful!! Our server and the manager did everything in their power to make sure we had an extra special evening. I would highly recommend this restaurant—it is definitely a hidden gem in San Diego!!

The service and food were awesome. The lobster melted in your mouth. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a great view of the beach and surf.
