Founded by Chef Eric Skokan and his wife, Jill, as the sister restaurant to their Black Cat Farm~Table~Bistro. Bramble & Hare has a lively, warm atmosphere in its three charming dining rooms. Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience. Enjoy private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views and a 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accomodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies everthing from vegetables, grains, pork and lamb for your meal. The farmstead offers 7 intimate private tables per evening.     This is our favorite dining spot in Boulder. We especially love the first floor bar & upstairs lounge. The service is excellent & ambiance very upscale speakeasy. Our servers/hostess the two Graces, Siera & Kenna were really fabulous. Only downside is a bit too much salt in the selections we ordered but the overall experience is festive & lovely!

    This is our third time eating at Black Cat Farm and the experience is always lovely. We were greeted at their beautiful farm with flutes of champagne and hot apple cider in tea cups. There’s warm wood fire stoves running everywhere and it’s so beautiful. Food was stellar and we even got to chat with the chef at the end of the night. Highly suggest for a special evening!
