Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. Always wondering about this place, looks quiet but I guess because of location. Finally I tried tonight with family for Happy Hour/Dinner. Service was good, food came a bit slow considering we were only one table at that time, but bearable. Prosicutto & Fig & Onion flatbread was pretty good and lemon dessert as well! I would be back!
