Best Family Style Restaurants in College Area

We had a lovely new years brunch (though I do wish they actually served brunch fare). Everything was very delicious! The service, while very friendly and accommodating, got a little slow toward the end as it got busier, which is understandable. It would’ve been okay except we were in a booth that was one of two they have for parties of six but maybe six short, slim people? Pretty uncomfortable, especially in that corner spot, I spent the whole meal with my arms up over the back of the booth. I’m chubby but the rest of my party were regular sized men and one slim woman and we all felt squashed. But otherwise, a beautiful meal on a lovely day.

Place and ambience is great. Being French in a French restaurant I was expecting the duck to be like ‘at home’ but it wasn’t. It was well overcooked and became hard. Bit of a disappointment. My partner had the Boeuf Bourgignon which was delicious. Also apparently there are the old and the new menu going around with different wine prices. I was charged $75 a bottle of wine that was shown at $58 on my menu. Small thing but makes the overall experience a little annoying.

We always have a good experience. AND the food is always delicious. New server Brad was very engaging and a delight. The pecorino cheese wheel served tables tableside is excellent. As was the chicken parm. Our new go-to Italian restaurant

Super cute, quaint restaurant that serves you like family but then they had the dinner catered. Haha, meaning the food was excellent. My little family and I had a wonderful Christmas eve dinner there and it was fantastic. Loved everything about it.

A perfect experience. From the ambiance on the back patio, the great service from Joe, Eduardo, the sommelier and the busser to the amazing food! Everything was amazing. Truly a treat to dine here. Thank you to the whole staff
