One standout was the sesame soy broth used for the shabu shabu course—rich, fragrant, and deeply satisfying. Its depth of flavor perfectly complemented the meal, adding an extra layer of warmth and indulgence to the experience. The service was equally remarkable—warm, attentive, and reminiscent of our experiences in Japan. Every element of the evening, from the ambiance to the seamless pacing of the meal, transported us back to Japan. Eigikutei has set a new standard for plant-based fine dining. Food was great as usual Megan our server was the best we've ever had definitely ask for her next time

We ordered the smoked watermelon appetizer, California Ciabatta sandwich with salad, cornbread, and burnt ends Mac & cheese. It was all delicious. Our friends ordered tri tip and Salmon with crispy Brussels. They loved it aa well. Our server was very friendly. We’ll definitely come back!
